Niagara On The Lake has lots of options. We recommend staying at White Oaks or one of the hotels in the IHG Plaza across the street (Hilton Garden Inn, Staybridge Suites, Holiday Inn Express) as that is where the shuttles will drop off on Saturday night.
There is also a variety of other hotels and AirBnb’s in the area. There is no set room block.

The RSVP deadline is August 1st, 2026. If you will be unable to commit by then please reach out to Mackenzie or Owen directly.
-
Absolutely! The welcome happy hour is 100% optional. We wanted to welcome those of you who may be getting to town a bit early due to travel plans, but if it makes sense for you to just join us on Saturday that is completely fine.
-
There is no set dress code, but we encourage you to dress up if you would like! Use it as an excuse to wear that outfit you never have an occasion to (or just drop by in your travel clothes).
-
There will be appetizers and a cash bar.
Wedding Questions
-
Celebratory attire.
A suit and tie, evening gown, or a midi/tea length dress would be appropriate.
-
If all goes as the etsy witches predict, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and first dances will be outside, while dinner and late night dancing will be indoors.
-
The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30.
Please plan to arrive no earlier than 5pm.
-
Everyone is responsible for getting themselves to the venue prior to the start time. There are plenty of taxi’s and rideshare options available in Niagara.
To get home, there will be shuttles running to White Oaks or the IHG Hotel Plaza from 10:30-12:30.
If you would like to be connected with other guests staying at your hotel, ask Mackenzie or Owen.

If you are not planning on drinking there are a couple of parking spots at the Hare. However, they are very limited so please try to carpool when possible.
If you would like, the Hare allows cars to be parked overnight and picked up the next day.
